Every style is made in one generous width with a roomy, anatomical toe box, so there's no need to pick a width. If you have bunions, wide feet or swelling, start with our Wide Feet and Swollen Feet styles. Between two sizes? Go one size up for extra room.
Will these help my bunions?
Our wide, rounded toe boxes give your bunion room, so there's less pressure and rubbing on the bump. You'll find the roomiest styles in Shoes for Bunions. If the fit isn't right, you can return your pair within 30 days of delivery.
My feet swell during the day. Will they still fit?
Our styles have roomy openings and soft, flexible uppers that leave space for your feet as the day goes on. If your feet swell a lot, choose one size up and take a look at our Swollen Feet collection.
Do they help with plantar fasciitis and heel pain?
Styles in Heel & Arch Pain are built with cushioned heels and supportive footbeds to ease the strain on your heels and arches. They are comfort footwear, not a medical treatment, so if your pain is severe, keep following your doctor's or podiatrist's advice.
Do they look like orthopedic shoes?
Not at all. They look like everyday sneakers, boots and slippers, so nobody will know they're built for comfort. You'll find all the available colours for each style right above, next to the size options.
Can I use my own custom orthotics inside?
Yes, in styles with a removable insole. You'll find them in our Orthotic-Friendly collection. If your orthotics are thick, go one size up so there's room for them alongside your foot.
Can I try them on and still return them?
Yes. Try them on indoors on a clean, soft surface. To be returned, items need to be unused and in their original condition and packaging, so please don't wear them outside until you're sure they're right for you. You have 30 days from delivery to return them. See our Return & Refund Policy.
Do they run true to size, and what if they don't fit?
Most styles run true to size. Between sizes? Go one up. Each product has a fit note and a Size Chart to help you choose. If the size isn't right, email us within 30 days of delivery at help@useorthovia.com and we'll help you return or exchange your pair. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Are they easy to slip on with a bad back or stiff joints?
Yes. Many of our styles have side zips or slip-on designs, and all of them have roomy openings, so they go on without forcing or squeezing.
How fast is shipping and when will my order arrive?

We process orders within 1 to 3 business days, and delivery usually takes 6 to 10 business days in Europe, 5 to 9 in the United Kingdom, 6 to 12 in the United States and 7 to 14 in Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.
